Here, at Best Bee Kids we take pride in our neuro-affirmative practice. We believe there is not one way to bee (pun intended 😃) and that all children in our care are precious just the way they are.
We focus and invest in training our teams to manage all behaviors in a way that is respectful to the child and their family. We believe every child (and their families) “do well when they can” and if they can’t, we are here to support them!
We fully believe in your child’s abilities, and we trust them to guide us in how we care for them. We will take time to learn their interests, strengths, fears, the name of their friends (imaginary or not), their favorite songs and dance moves, their challenges, and their dreams. We aim to be equally respectful to their likes as to their dislikes.
We will work hard to understand and meet your child's needs, and even if we will inevitably get it wrong at times, we will be relentless in trying to get it right.
As we are building our knowledge in this ever-developing field we are always welcoming feedback, questions, or requests for support.
