level 6 in special needs assisting. I am currently studying for my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education! I have worked in childcare for 9 years with various age groups. I really enjoy

my job and I love being apart of the children's journey.

Hi, my name is Louise. I’ve been working in childcare for almost five years, starting out with Sherpa Kids, where I progressed to the role of senior staff. During this time, I completed my Level 5 qualification in Childcare, which gave me a deeper understanding of child development and strengthened my passion for working with children.

I completed my work experience at Best Bee Kids and absolutely loved it. I'm really looking forward to continuing my journey with the amazing team at best bee kids and building a future within the setting.

Hi, I’m Emma, a 31-year-old mam of two amazing kids— my son Brayden, who is 8, and daughter Darcey, who is 6. I’ve spent most of my career working with children, and I absolutely love it! I’ve worked as a nanny for two different families, and each experience has been filled with laughter and creativity. I enjoy coming up with fun activities that inspire kids to learn and explore their imagination. Being creative and working with kids brings me so much joy, and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Hi my name is Amanda, I have over 5 years childcare experience. I have level 5 in childcare, level 6 in child psychology and level 5+6 special need assistant. I am a mammy to three amazing neurodivergent kids, who have made me thrive in learning more about additional needs. 

I have recently come back into childcare after being at home with my kids and i look forward to nurturing the children's curiosity and building strong foundations for lifelong learning. 

I really enjoy updating my learning in childcare and additional needs to ensure every child thrives.

Hi, my name is Rebecca but children tend to call me Becky. I’m from South Africa with 6+ years of experience with children, from being a child minder to having my own class back home. I received my degree in Foundation Phase Teaching back in 2021 and I am a qualified SNA also. I am deeply passionate about working with children, I wholeheartedly believe in the power of child-led learning to nurture young minds and foster their natural curiosity and creativity. I strive to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences that cater to their unique interests, strengths, and developmental needs.

Becky is the primary point of contact for all matters regarding children enrolled in Unit 1. Please contact Becky on all matters regarding your child, once they are enrolled in our service.

 Hi, my name is Elaine! With over 16 years of experience in the disability education sector, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and teenagers learning and development in a variety of ways. Now, as an Early Years Educator at Best Bee Kids, I work with neurodivergent children aged 3 to 6 in an Early Intervention Setting. What I love about my role is the neuro-affirming approach, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met, and they can learn in a way that suits them best, that is true and natural to who they are. Becoming a mama to my own wild and loving twin boys (who are both neurodivergent) has only made me more passionate about this work, and has drawn me to further study in this area. It’s given me a personal understanding of just how important it is to create a space where children—especially those who are neurodivergent—can be themselves, feel understood, and learn in a way that suits them best.

Being in a job where imagination, fun, connection are a part of every day is such a joy. There’s never a dull moment, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see the kids I work with build confidence, curiosity, and their own unique sense of self. It’s a privilege to be part of their learning journey and to help them shine in their own way

 Hi, I'm Cristina and I love enjoy working with children, supporting them in their learning and development, enhancing their skills, and attending to their needs. Working in childcare is challenging as well as very rewarding.

I hold a Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education with Montessori and Special Needs. I especially like hands-on activities and also with natural or reused materials.

I have two children with whom I enjoy spending time outdoors, or simply playing different games, doing art & crafts, etc.. at home.

I love traveling to different countries and learning about different cultures, languages and spending time with my family.
